The Legacy Matrix Ventures LLC operates as LegacyForge Capital Advisors.

What We Collect

We collect contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number; business and funding details such as business name, industry, revenue range, funding goal, intended use of capital, product interest, and credit-score range; booking details and notes; job-application information; messages you send us; and records of your agreements and choices.

When you submit a form, we may also collect technical information supplied with the request, such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring or source page, submission time, and anti-abuse timing data. If you expressly opt in to texts, we record the consent status, time, disclosure wording and version, and source page. A soft credit inquiry occurs only when separately authorized.

How We Use It

We use information to review and respond to funding requests, provide funding audits and advisory services, match applicants with relevant products, schedule appointments, process job applications, communicate requested updates, maintain records, prevent abuse, operate and secure the website, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

With your authorization, we may share the application and financial information needed by lenders and capital partners to evaluate, process, or fund your request. That lender-sharing authorization does not transfer or imply consent to receive text messages.

We also use service providers that support website hosting, data storage, authentication, email delivery, customer-relationship management, and text-message delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or as required by law. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we use your mobile number only for appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about applications you have submitted to LegacyForge. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone is never treated as consent. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies even when application information is shared with lenders or capital partners.

We may provide mobile information and opt-in records to messaging service providers solely as necessary to deliver, route, and support the SMS program. Cookies and Tracking

The website and its hosting and authentication services may use essential cookies or similar browser storage to keep the site working, maintain secure administrator sessions, remember necessary session state, and protect forms. Request logs may record basic technical and source information for operations, security, and troubleshooting.

The current website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising trackers. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including restricted staff access and service access controls. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your Choices

We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate business records. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through its unsubscribe link and cancel texts by replying STOP.
