By accessing this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape it. The site, branding, and content are owned by LegacyFORGE Capital Advisors.

Engagements

Specific engagements (funding origination, credit repair) are governed by a separate signed agreement that controls fees, deliverables, and timelines. The contents of this site are marketing and do not constitute an offer.

Refunds & Cancellations

Fees, cancellations, and refunds — including refunds on purchases made through Klarna — are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Text Messaging Program

The Legacy Matrix Ventures LLC, operating as LegacyForge Capital Advisors, offers an optional SMS program only to adults age 18 or older who expressly opt in. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about applications customers have submitted to legacyforge. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone is not consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation of your cancellation, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email nelson@legacyforge.capital, or call (817) 697-9991. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegacyFORGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on information presented here.
