Program Description and Eligibility

The Legacy Matrix Ventures LLC, operating as LegacyForge Capital Advisors, sends text messages only to adults age 18 or older who expressly opt in. This SMS program is limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about applications customers have submitted to legacyforge. It does not include promotional or marketing texts.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking an optional, unchecked text-message box directly beneath the phone field on our application or booking form. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone is not consent. Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation of your cancellation, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
